A short video on a more advanced type of push ups.
For female beginners, a table can be used for a more simple type of push ups by placing your palms on the edge of the table instead being on the ground. Instead of having a horizontal position, the push up mentioned here uses an almost vertical posture. By using a wider grip, there can also be more balance and its easier to perform. A video on that will be uploaded at a later time.
